A gathering of Latinos and partners in education, nonprofits, business and government working together to improve the lives of Latino Oregonians.
October 14 - 15, 2019, Silverton, Oregon
In different parts of the state Latinos and Latino-serving organizations work to improve education, housing, health, civic engagement, youth support, parent involvement and advocacy among other fields. There is a lot to share and to work on for we have a common purpose.
The 2019 Latino-focused Conexiones Summit was an opportunity to connect, share, learn and commit to measurable actions, right here in Oregon. Building on the 2017 event, the 2019 Conexiones Summit focused on topics of education, leadership and engagement, and community building/community health for Latino Oregonians. With featured speakers, breakout sessions and workshops built around our lived experiences and those of the people we work with, we had a shared and common story to tell.
The Conexiones Summit 2019 took place October 14 through October 15 at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton, Oregon.
