Director, Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships
Andrea Durbin leads OCF’s impact work across our different programs from education, arts, and environment to housing, economic vitality and improved health and well-being across Oregon. Andrea joined OCF in January 2023 as the Director of Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships with over 25 years’ experience leading teams and organizations, managing programs, and developing public policy.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she has worked in Washington DC, and Brussels, Belgium, but has made Oregon her home since 2006. Since moving to Oregon, she served as executive director for Oregon Environmental Council working in urban and rural communities across the state and directed the City of Portland’s Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. Andrea is delighted to be a part of an organization working to improve the lives and opportunities for people across the state. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, biking, and exploring Oregon and other countries and cultures.
