Caitlin Ruffenach uses data to tell stories, support learning and drive strategy. As director of research, she leads a team dedicated to equity-driven research and evaluation that informs conversations and decisions both inside and outside of the Foundation that impact the lives of Oregonians. Prior to joining OCF in 2012, Caitlin honed her research skills in a variety of nonprofit, state and local government settings. Caitlin holds a master of public policy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University. Outside of work, Caitlin loves spending time with her husband and daughter, trying new recipes, getting lost in a good book and crafting.
