Oregon Community Foundation is pleased to announce a request for proposals for 2021 GO Kids grants! This funding opportunity offers flexible support for organizations that Give Opportunities (GO) to Kids within the region’s priority. The GO Kids project goals are:
- Spotlighting the toxic effects of the opportunity gap on children, families and the prosperity of our communities, state and country.
- Trigger ideas for local solutions and motivate and catalyze action.
- Engage volunteers, partners and civic leaders in innovative and effective place-based efforts to close the opportunity gap.
The GO Kids initiative is offering funding to organizations that work with children and families to overcome Oregon’s opportunity gap – disparities experienced by children because of where they live, their race or family circumstance – within the regional priorities outlined in the GO Kids Regional RFPs
