Attendance is expected; however, we know some may have other obligations that cannot be moved or be unable to find childcare coverage.
We realize some employees may not be able to attend the evening events if they cannot find childcare; however, we will not have children at the event.
Non-exempt staff should record actual hours worked and the hours they participated in the All Staff Gathering on their timecards, excluding their regular lunch break.
Staff are encouraged to flex their time that same week to offset any additional hours on Wednesday and Thursday evening. Supervisors will work with you to flex schedules and approve overtime as necessary. Some staff members will be participating in meetings Friday afternoon; regional staff may be traveling that afternoon; and others will be returning to work based on work priorities. To the extent possible, employees may end their workdays after the adjournment on Friday and use this time to offset additional hours earlier in the week. Please work with your supervisor in this regard. Employees with unique situations should contact Kathy Grimm, Human Resources Director.

Yes, we will cover parking or public transit costs (including Uber or Lyft) for people to get to and from the event.
