The Oregon Community Foundation brings together generous Oregonians to transform individual philanthropy into sustained, community-driven impact.
We commit ourselves and our resources to advancing our mission, to improve the lives for all Oregonians through the power of philanthropy, and to advancing our vision and values. OCF is a statewide organization with offices in Portland, Salem, Eugene, Medford and Bend.
We welcome individuals of diverse backgrounds who embrace our organizational values and embody the following cultural values to support OCF’s mission: communicate effectively, value one another, demonstrate accountability, embrace possibilities, address conflict and take action.
OCF recognizes, rewards and supports our employees – understanding that each employee contributes directly to our mission through the richness of their diverse backgrounds and experiences. We offer outstanding benefits, a healthy work/life balance, a commitment to continuous learning and professional development and a supportive, inclusive work environment. We are an equal opportunity employer with a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
