Kirsten Kilchenstein’s passion for helping people find meaning through their giving fuels her work directing OCF’s statewide Philanthropic Services Department.
With decades of nonprofit leadership experience, she guides a dynamic team committed to helping individuals, families, foundations and corporations turn their values and vision into action through personalized giving vehicles and strategies that achieve community impact and leave a lasting legacy.
Kirsten joined OCF in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, a Master of Arts in conflict resolution and is a trained mediator. She is also a 21/64-certified philanthropy consultant to multigenerational families.
