As a program officer for Central and Eastern Oregon, Rachel helps to support networks of nonprofits, community members, and volunteers who are working to ensure Oregon is place where anyone can grow, prosper, and thrive. Her work is anchored by a deep love of grassroots community building.
Rachel was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Oregon. When she’s not at work, she can be found around Central Oregon, hiking, practicing taiji, or falling off her skateboard.
