Jackie is a native Oregonian who grew up in Albany where she learned at an early age the importance of giving back. This passion turned into a career when she began work as development officer for an international affairs organization, playing an integral role in annual fundraising efforts.
Eager to connect people with the many causes they care about, Jackie joined the Oregon Community Foundation’s development team in 2015 where she spent three years supporting OCF’s chief development officer. Now as a philanthropic advisor serving the South Coast and Southern Willamette Valley, Jackie assists individuals, business and nonprofits with their giving by guiding them through the process of establishing a charitable fund that’s right for them. From the technical to the deeply personal, she is committed to working closely with each and every donor to accomplish their goals.
When Jackie’s not at work you’ll probably find her wandering in the great outdoors, enjoying truly delicious coffee, organizing everything, and trying her best to avoid spiders (she’s really scared of spiders).
