Shyla brings extensive experience working for non-profits and donor relations and joined us most recently from a boutique philanthropic advising firm in Denver, CO. Previously, Shyla has served in the Peace Corps in Zambia where she taught English as well as in an Americorps program in Denver leading environmental stewardship projects. She holds a BS in Anthropology/Sociology from the University of TN at Chattanooga and a MA in International Studies from the University of Denver. Shyla loves the outdoors having lived in Colorado for the past few years and enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and paddle boarding. When she’s not outside she enjoys reading with her cat curled up beside her.
