Bill is a senior vice president of Mercer Advisors, a national firm that in 2018 acquired Sigma Investment Management Company, a Portland wealth management company Bill founded. Prior to founding Sigma, he practiced corporate and securities law with Stoel Rives and created the research department for a local venture investment banking firm.

 

Bill also serves as a trustee and secretary to the OHSU Foundation and is a member of the Knight Cancer Council. 

 

He also sits on The Ford Family Foundation investment committee and is the investment committee chair for St. Mary’s Academy in Portland.
