Metro Portland

Patrick Criteser is president and CEO of the Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA), a 114-year-old cooperative owned by a group of farming families in Tillamook, Oregon. Criteser has transformed this long-respected agricultural cooperative into one of the fastest growing consumer food brands in the U.S. – combining the values-based, long-term mindset of a traditional cooperative and the entrepreneurial growth orientation of a leading challenger brand.

Prior to joining TCCA, he spent eight years as president and CEO at Coffee Bean International and one year as co-CEO of Farmer Brothers (Nasdaq: FARM). Criteser also held management and strategic development roles at some of the most respected brands, including Nike, The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble.

Patrick serves on the boards of The Oregon Business Council, Hampton Lumber, StanCorp, Consumer Brands Association, and the International Dairy Foods Association Cheese Board. In 2020, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year Pacific Northwest winner and national finalist. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
