Aly’ce Brannon-Reid serves as the Talent Acquisitions and Development Manager. She is passionate about creating safe spaces and eliminating barriers for historically underrepresented and underserved communities. As a Black Woman who grew up in Portland, Oregon she struggled with finding spaces that had people who reflected the community she came from. Because of that challenge, she has dedicated her professional career to be a servant leader, change agent, and advocate. She has her B.A. in Psychology and a M.B.A with a concentration in Non-Profit Leadership and Development. She started her career working at multiple culturally specific local non-profits while serving multiple hats. Her unique background is what makes her a special force in the Human Resources field she is always thinking of ways she can center and uplift the voices of those who are often marginalized and underrepresented.
Aly’ce is an innovative Human Resources professional with over ten years of progressive experience in education, private sector, and government environments. Her successful years of experience include talent acquisition, strategic and succession planning, performance and change management, organizational effectiveness, and multicultural marketing. She is a highly effective business partner that takes a collaborative approach to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business and departmental strategies using an equity lens.
In her free time, Aly’ce enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends. Being out in nature, listening to music, and trying out amazing local food.
