“On OCF’s Research and Learning team, Becky helps the foundation and its partners learn from their work, strengthen programs, and make more informed decisions. She is passionate about the power of listening, reflection, feedback, and creative, participatory approaches to learning. She uses these approaches to bring diverse perspectives into the conversation, deepen understanding, and engage community members in shaping decisions that affect them.
Becky joined OCF in 2019 and holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in public health with a concentration in policy. She draws on her experiences as a community organizer, health researcher, and evaluator to inform her work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, backpacking, and tango dancing.”
