Deb is a champion for the Northern Willamette Valley region, where she has lived since 2008. Prior to joining the OCF team, Deb worked as the Education Coordinator at the Oregon Arts Commission for thirteen years. With a background in arts education, equitable grantmaking practices and program evaluation, Deb brings a high level of enthusiasm to supporting nonprofits in building a healthy, thriving Oregon. An avid musical theatre fan, Deb can often be found doing “jazz hands,” organizing the local feminist bookclub and mentoring youth in outdoor education.
