Dorian brings more than 15 years of experience advancing Black student success and statewide education equity initiatives, along with a strong track record of strategic leadership, program management, and partnership development. He earned his Doctor of Education in Adult and Higher Education from Oregon State University.
Dorian’s career includes serving as Director of Student Success and Belonging and Founding Director of the Dr. Lawrence Griggs Office of Black & Indigenous Student Success at Oregon State University, where he led education initiatives, built high-impact programs, and advised senior leadership on institutional change.
