Erica D. Daley is a senior finance and operations executive with over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. She is also very proud to be a fourth-generation Oregonian. Ms. Daley holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Portland State University, an MBA from the University of Oregon, and is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of Oregon.

 

Ms. Daley joined the Oregon Community Foundation (“OCF”) in 2020, as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer. She joined the organization during the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic and helped to successfully navigate the challenges the foundation faced during that time. She also partnered with state and local government to deploy unprecedented financial assistance through the state of Oregon. Ms. Daley oversees the finance and accounting, investment, fund services, human resources and operations teams at OCF.

 

Prior to joining the Oregon Community Foundation, Ms. Daley’s experience included serving as the associate dean of finance and operations for the University of Oregon School of Law, where she also chaired the academic CFO team for the University, and as executive director and CFO for a large regional law firm, where she successfully accelerated the firm’s growth from 2005–2008, before shifting gears to help lead the firm through the 2008 financial crisis. Before her work in the legal industry, Ms. Daley spent nearly a decade as the executive vice president and CFO for a large, multi-state, technology services firm. She oversaw the finance and operations functions while working with investors to grow the company to eleven locations across the western United States. Before joining the technology industry, Ms. Daley obtained her public accounting training with Arthur Andersen, LLP, in Portland, Oregon.
