Harper supports the administrative processes of the Scholarships department. With a lifelong passion for enacting real positive change in the lives around them, Harper believes in the power of philanthropy and collaborative community action. They have a bachelor’s degree in theatre from the University of Utah and a background in higher education, writing, and library assistance. In their free time they enjoy knitting, hiking with their cat, playwriting, and exploring Portland’s incredible food and arts.
