Melissa joined OCF in 2019 to lead Grants Management team, responsible for the systems, processes, data integrity and compliance of all OCF grantmaking. With a master’s in philanthropic studies and an MPA in nonprofit management, she brings a deep passion for building efficiency and integrity into all corners of the nonprofit sector. Outside of the office, on any given day you’ll find Melissa, a native Oregonian, exploring the outdoors, traveling internationally, making sweet treats, or co-managing the Rose City Euchre League.
