2025 Community Grants Program
Welcome to the 2025 Spring Community Grants Cycle!
We are excited once again to be offering general operating support to nonprofits making an impact in Oregon’s backyards! The content and resources on this page have been thoughtfully curated to support the development of competitive applications. Between sample answers, the scoring rubric, instructional videos, FAQs and information sessions, we hope you will take the time to leverage these materials to the fullest. We look forward to connecting with you, reading your applications, and learning more about the impact you are making across our great state!
Highlights for 2025
- The 2025 Spring Community Grants cycle is for general operating support. This cycle we, are prioritizing funding organizations that are small rural, culturally specific, or culturally responsive. Please see the Program Guidelines for more details.
- If you are an arts and culture organization, we ask that you apply to the Arts and Culture Rebuilding Program instead of Community Grants. The current cycle for that program closes on December 10, 2024.
2025 Spring Cycle Dates
- November 19: Program Officer Information Session #1. Register here.
- November 21: Prerecorded applicant webinar posted online.
- December 3: Application opens.
- December 10: Arts and Culture Rebuilding Program application closes.
- December 11: Program Officer Information Session #2. Register here.
- January 14: Application closes at 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Mid-May: Notification and distribution of awards.
Community Grants Springs Cycle Training
Whether you are applying for the first time or are a previous grantee, the Community Grants program team aims to provide updated and transparent information with each cycle. These short videos will share important details about the process and priorities, and together with our FAQ’s below, will hopefully deliver the answers every nonprofit needs to complete a competitive application.
